Xtream Codes or M3U: which login should you use?
Both formats deliver the same subscription. Xtream Codes API is the better choice in modern players such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and XCIPTV: the app pulls live TV, the electronic programme guide, movies and series automatically, and your password is never visible inside a long URL. An M3U playlist URL is the universal fallback — every player can read it, including VLC and the portal-based Smart TV apps (IBO Player, Smart IPTV, Duplex Play) where you upload the link from a phone or PC.
