Who provides and maintains the app?

You provide and maintain your application. We provide the m3u/playlist; learning, installing, and maintaining your chosen app (including uploading to BOB, IBO, etc.) is your responsibility.

What if my ISP blocks streaming?

If your internet provider blocks IPTV or our service, you must find a workaround such as using a VPN.

Is there a refund policy?

No refunds. Once a subscription is activated, it counts down from one year.

How many connections are allowed?

One connection per subscription. Using multiple devices simultaneously will permanently halt your subscription.

What happens if I relocate?

Service is country-locked. For permanent moves, contact us to relocate your service. For temporary moves, purchase a separate subscription.

Are upgrades or downgrades available between services?

Our two services are separate and not subject to upgrade or downgrade.
