Who provides and maintains the app?

You provide and maintain your application. We deliver the m3u/playlist; installing, uploading (BOB, IBO, etc.), and keeping the app updated is your responsibility.

What if my ISP blocks streaming?

If your internet provider blocks IPTV or our service, use a VPN or another workaround. Local network restrictions are on you to solve.

Support expectations

Ask us anytime. If an issue is on our side, please wait while we fix it. Continuous pings don't speed resolution.

Country lock

Service is country-locked. Moving permanently? Contact us to relocate service. Traveling temporarily? Purchase another subscription.

Multiple subscriptions & discounts

Bulk discounts apply to one user's usage only—not for family/friends. Each person needs their own subscription.

Connections per account

One connection per subscription. Simultaneous use on multiple devices triggers a permanent halt.

Refunds

No refunds. Once activated, time counts down from one year.

Trials & channel checks

Trials are for you to verify channels and streams. Comments like "I bought only for this channel" are not actionable; we can't guarantee every channel worldwide.

Programs & content sources

We don't control program schedules or where streams originate. Movies/series are added based on availability and quality.

Suggesting fixes or additions

Send channel/movie/series suggestions or fixes anytime. We'll address them as soon as possible when sources allow.

Provider-side outages

Some channels depend on single providers per country. If they stop, we must wait for availability.

Service separation

Our two services are distinct; no upgrades/downgrades between them.

Backup mindset

If you're obsessed with watching, consider keeping both services. If one has downtime, you have a backup and different content mixes.

Keep your playlist private and rotate passwords on your apps regularly.

Network quality

Prefer wired connections for primary screens; Wi‑Fi mesh or ethernet-to-TV reduces buffering.
