Samsung's Tizen OS is locked down by design. Unlike Android TV or Fire OS, you can't install arbitrary APKs. The upside: the apps that do exist on Tizen are tightly optimized for Samsung hardware, so they run beautifully even on 5-year-old QLEDs. The downside: most require a small one-time activation fee (typically $10–$25) to link your TV's MAC address to your playlist URL.

Which Samsung TV models support IPTV?

Any Samsung Smart TV running Tizen OS 4.0 or newer supports IPTV via the apps listed above. That covers:
