Because we sell at a low cost, your subscription fee is only used for the first three months, so the remaining nine months are effectively free.

You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. SMART OTT makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of our services. SMART OTT further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the contents of our services included on or through this website.

You are not eligible for a refund because of these variables.

• SMART OTT provides a 24-hour trial for as little as $2, so you can be certain that the service works for you and have an idea of whether the content suits you or not before subscribing.
• SMART OTT cannot resolve issues with your internet speed or latency, router performance, device performance, or internet reachability; if you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact your service provider.
• If your internet provider prevents you from streaming IPTV, SMART OTT cannot help you.
• SMART OTT does not sell apps and has no affiliation with their developers.
• Because SMART OTT is country-locked, you must keep the same country IP address to connect successfully, even if you use VPN.
• Our server detects multiple uses and terminates your subscription with no refund if you use SMART OTT on more than one device and connection at the same time.
• SMART OTT works on all generic applications as long as they are available for your device; if they disappear, you must use other available apps or change devices if they are no longer compatible.
• SMART OTT supports any connected device that can install apps, but Ruku is not supported because it is a weak and limited device.
• SMART OTT provides channels from all over the world, and the subscription has up to 500K items, so it may appear slow on your device if it is not a powerful one with more than 8GB of RAM; however, we offer a listing customization to make it small to the countries and languages you are interested in.
• SMART OTT continuously upgrades and updates the system to ensure fast and reliable streaming, so you may experience a brief service outage.
• SMART OTT only streams channels that can be streamed without infringing on anyone's copyright, so if a channel can't be streamed, it won't be available.
• If the SMART OTT servers go down for any technical reason, we do everything we can to get them back online within 48 hours.

The goal of SMART OTT is to provide low-cost television services to people who cannot afford expensive monthly subscriptions for a small number of channels, as you must understand that subscription yearly fees are negligible in comparison to that.
